Parental when guidance children watch cartoons is one of the functions of parents to direct the child in the development which consists of information and advice to accustom the children to behave is not out of place. The child\u27s behavior is a simple and a complex trait that is frequently updated by family environment, friends and community. The aim of research to find out if there is a relationship parental when watch children cartoon movies on television with child behavior at sd inpres laikit of kabupaten minahasa utara. Samples were taken using saturated samplingcollection is numbered 33 people. The study design was an observational analytic with cross sectional approach and data were collected using a questionnaire. Statistical test research results obtained Chi-Square p = 0.00. Conclusion there is a relationship between parental guidance when children watch cartoons on television with child behavior. Suggestions for parents to take the time to accompany children to watch and provide guidance for children imitate what is good and should not be imitated.
